胎膜的一层。含较多的纤维蛋白，弹性较好，透明。四十多年前已有人将其作为生物性敷料覆盖烧伤创面。制备羊膜时选健康母体、羊水澄清的新鲜胎膜。在无菌条件下，将蜕膜、绒毛膜用干纱布轻轻擦去，即可得羊膜。若需储存，可用含青霉素40万U/500ml生理盐水纱布包卷，置无菌盒内保存于普通冰箱；或晾干制成干羊膜，或浸于75%乙醇内室温保存。用前用温热(40℃)生理盐水浸泡使之变软，将其覆盖于已清创的烧伤创面上，以浅Ⅱ度创面为佳。使用羊膜者宜行暴露疗法，在南方加用持续热风治疗。若有膜下积液、积脓或羊膜溶解，应及时清除，清洁创面、更换羊膜。
