The paper analyzes the cause and harm of the vehicles in false or slip license plate,establishes a mathematical model of the game between the vehicle owner and the traffic department of executing the law and in the light of the practice of Shenzhen container transport truck industry,puts forward the quantitative results for check and punishment.
