Changing the rigid connection between slider block and side core into floating connection,the forced action of the slider block could only be applied on the side core from the necessary radial side instead of other directions.

联合浮动指国家集团对成员国内部货币实行固定汇率，对集团外货币则实行联合的浮动汇率。欧盟（欧共体）11国1979年成立了欧洲货币体系，设立了欧洲货币单位（ECU），各国货币与之挂钩建立汇兑平价，并构成平价网，各国货币的波动必须保持在规定的幅度之内，一旦超过汇率波动预警线，有关各国要共同干预外汇市场。1991年欧盟签定了《马斯赫特里特条约》，制定了欧洲货币一体化的进程表，1999年1月1日，欧元正式启动，欧洲货币一体化得以实现，欧盟这样的区域性的货币集团已经出现。
