| 反射炉 reverberatory furnace 一种室式火焰炉。炉内传热方式不仅是靠火焰的反射，而更主要的是借助炉顶、炉壁和炽热气体的辐射传热。就其传热方式而言，很多炉型（如加热炉、平炉等）都可归入反射炉。一般是指有色金属冶炼用的反射炉。反射炉在有色金属冶炼中用途很广，用于干燥、焙烧、精炼、熔化、保温和渣处理等工序。反射炉一直是炼铜的主要设备。炼铜反射炉采用优质耐火材料砌筑，炉顶有拱式和吊挂式两种：拱式炉顶多用硅砖；吊挂式炉顶和侧墙内衬均用镁砖、镁铬砖、铬镁砖或镁铝砖。炉底用镁铁砂（氧化镁和氧化铁）烧结而成。熔炼反射炉宜于处理充分混合的细碎物料，不宜处理大块物料。它对原料和燃料的适应性强，容易实现大型化，成本低；但燃料消耗高，烟气量大，烟气含二氧化硫浓度低，不易回收利用，污染环境，因此，限制了炼铜反射炉的发展。采用富氧鼓风和减少漏风的办法，或采用氧气喷吹装置将精矿喷入炉内的办法，可提高反射炉的生产能力和烟气（SO2）浓度，使SO2得到利用。 |
