| 皮毛 体表皮肤和附着于皮肤的毫毛的合称。皮肤是人体抗御外邪的屏障，故称为“一身之表”。肺与皮毛在生理、病理上有密切关系。生理上，通过肺气的宣发，使卫气和津液输布于体表皮毛，以温润、滋养皮毛，抗御外邪。病理上，肺气虚弱，不能宣发，皮毛失养，可使卫外功能降低而易感外邪。外邪侵袭，常由皮毛而内犯于肺，出现恶寒、发热、鼻塞、咳嗽、喘息等症状。所以《素问·咳论》说：“皮毛者，肺之合也。” |
