颅外软组织中的动静脉畸形。多位于皮下或肌肉内。呈局限性，亦可延及整个头皮。局限隆起者，可看到或摸到念珠状迂曲粗大的血管，触之有搏动或震颤，听诊可有持续性吹风样杂音。头皮血管瘤时有伴颅内血管瘤者，需行常规血管造影或磁共振血管造影才能确定。治疗有血管硬化剂局部注射、放射治疗与手术切除等方法。
