| 肠道血管疾病 intestinal vascular diseases 由于肠道血管缺血而引起的肠道疾病。正常时肠道的血液供应主要依靠肠系膜上动脉，肠系膜下动脉和肠系膜静脉，当以上血管发生病变时，将会阻塞血管影响血运而发生肠管缺血或瘀血。肠道大血管疾患包括动脉粥样硬化、动脉栓塞、动脉或静脉血栓形成等；肠道小血管和末梢血管疾患见于结缔组织病、继发于溃疡性结肠炎和局限性肠炎等。肠系膜上动脉供应小肠和右半结肠，一旦阻塞极易造成小肠的缺血损害，临床上比较常见，临床表现为突发性剧烈腹痛，易发生休克，死亡率高。肠系膜下动脉供应左半结肠，其病变则引起结肠缺血损害，常见于缺血性结肠炎，表现为腹痛、腹泻或血便，多见于老年人。急性肠系膜静脉栓塞临床症状较轻，多数为腹部不适、腹胀、腹泻、随病情发展可逐渐加重。 |
