[Objective] :To study the courser,adjacence,branches,appearance and structure characteristic of deep branch of ulnar nerve , investigate anatomical basis of diffcult recovery of the third palmar interosseous muscle and to provid a anatomical accordance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulnar nerve injure.
【目的】: 研究尺神经深支的走行、毗邻、分支、形态及结构特点,探讨第三骨间掌侧肌功能恢复困难的解剖学基础,为尺神经损伤的临床诊断和处理提供解剖学依据。

【原料】
鸡脚、鸡翅膀各300克。 香菜叶10克。绍酒25克、酱油25克、香醋10克、白糖7.5克、味精2克、麻油25克。
【制作过程】
将鸡脚斩去爪尖，与鸡翅一齐放入沸水中烫一下，捞出洗净，放入锅中，加清水、绍酒烧沸后，移小火焖30分钟至熟，捞入冷开水中冷却，剔去脚骨、翅骨，然后理齐，切成段，整齐装盘，盘边放香菜，将酱油、香醋、白糖、味精一起放入碗中调匀，浇在脚、翅上，淋麻油即成。
