炒菜头棵
菜头是白萝卜，菜头棵是白萝卜糕。炒菜头棵有黑白两种，黑色的炒菜头棵有点象炒棵条。白色的炒菜头棵则是咸的，现在一些小贩把炒菜头棵做成象煎蛋一样，但传统蛋糕混合的炒菜头棵比较好吃。
