The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of hypotonic solution on transient sodium currents (I_(NaT)) and persistent sodium currents (I_(NaP)).
目的:诸多研究文献表明低渗溶液可以引起细胞膜离子通道活动的改变,但迄今为止尚未见细胞外低渗对心室肌细胞钠电流影响的报道,本实验拟就低渗溶液对大鼠心室肌细胞瞬时钠电流(I_(NaT))和持续性钠电流(I_(NaP))的影响探讨,同时我们也就细胞内信号转导系统是否参与了低渗溶液对大鼠心室肌细胞瞬时钠电流(I_(NaT))和持续性钠电流(I_(NaP))的调制过程进行了初步研究。
