The Cu-Ni alloy cast irons of different chemical constitution were designed,and the corrosion rate in room-temperature concentrated alkaline solution was measured by the static hydrometer method,the microscopics and phase composition of alloy cast iron were observed by optical microscope and XRD.

The corrosion rates of Cu-Ni alloy cast irons in hot concentrated alkaline solution were measured by dynamic condition hydrometer method,the microscopic structures and surface corrosion topographies of alloy cast irons were observed by the optical microscope and SEM,the components were analyzed by XES.
