In this circuit, a pointer type electronic quartz clock is used for timing ; the transistor Positive feedback complementary bistable circuit is usedas controllerl and the storage battery combining with automatic floating charge is used for promoting anti-interference ability of the circuit and thus ensuring its work unaffected by power cut of electric network.

In this paper, a kind of bistability driven circuit for organic light emitting display (OLED) has been designed by using a phtoto-dual base transistor as a driver.
