The space measurement and control stations are distributed in the different plates all over the world,and the site coordinates must be changed according to crust deformation.

It is shown that Dali area will be one of the most hazard zone of earthquake of Yunnan Province in the future ten years, based on the analyses of tendency variation of precursor factors of geomagnetic, gravity fields, crust deformation and ground water in the area for many years.

According to our research in the southern Tibet, based on the summary and analysis of researching results domestics and overseas, this thesis systematically study the problem of crust deformation of south Tibetan Plateau with geology tectonic, deformation model, GPS data process and forward and inversion of crust deformation.
