血沉
又称红细胞沉降率，是表示红细胞悬浮稳定性大小的指标，通常是以红细胞在1小时内沉降的距离来表示红细胞下沉速度，常用魏氏法。正常小儿除新生儿(2mm以下）外各年龄组无显著差异，1～15mm/h；超过20mm/h，为异常。临床用于有感染、炎症与组织破坏等疾病的诊断与追踪观察；亦是肾脏疾病、结核感染、风湿病及其他结缔组织病的治疗中作为观察病情变化的一个指标。
