In light of the high temperature corrosion of intermediate water-cooled wall found out during the minor repair of boiler,it was held thru analysis that,the internal cause was higher sulfur content in fuel coal,while the external cause was higher water-cooled wall temperature resulted from high flue gas temperature and flame closing to wall,and strong reduced atmosphere existed on the wall surface.
针对锅炉在小修时发现的中间水冷壁高温腐蚀,分析认为内因是燃煤中含硫量较高,外因是高烟温引起水冷壁管壁温度较高和火焰贴壁,壁面存在强还原性气氛。
