| 固表止汗 中医固涩法之一。运用具有收涩止汗的药物，治疗虚证汗出的方法。又称敛汗法。本法适用于自汗、盗汗证，常用黄芪、浮小麦、麻黄根、牡蛎等药物组成方剂。由于自汗和盗汗的病机不同，自汗多由阳虚不固所致，盗汗多由阴虚火旺所致故敛汗法常配合益气或养阴清热的药物，以治其本。如阳虚自汗，证见常自汗出，动则加重，易患感冒，体倦乏力，舌淡、脉虚细，宜益气固表止汗，方用玉屏风散治疗；如证见夜寐盗汗，或有自汗，五心烦热，或兼午后潮热，口渴，舌红少苔，脉细数等，治宜滋阴降火，固表止汗，方用当归六黄汤治疗。临床上表邪未解，热证汗出不宜使用本法。 |
