The 200MW air-cooling turbo-generator with multi-path ventilation system is taken as example in the paper, the fluid and temperature field of stator are calculated based on the fluid dynamics theory in order to get the temperature distribution among the generator.
本文以一台采用多风路通风系统的200MW空冷汽轮发电机为例,为了获得汽轮发电机温度的准确分布,从流体力学理论出发,采用耦合传热的方法对定子的流体场和温度场进行计算。

Firstly,the mathematical and physical model of 3-D fluid and temperature coupling field inside the stator multipath ventilation system are established according to the characteristics of fluid-flow and heat-transfer,which are numerically calculated using finite volume method(FVM) according to corresponding boundary conditions and hypothesis.
根据大型空冷汽轮发电机多风路通风系统内流体流动与传热的特点,建立了定子多风路通风系统三维流动与传热耦合计算的物理模型和数学模型,并给出求解域相应的边界条件及假设条件,采用有限体积法对三维流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合计算;对定子各个径向通风沟内的流体速度、温度以及电机各部分温度的空间分布特性进行分析,并将耦合场计算结果与实测结果进行比较分析,为多风路大型电机综合物理场的准确计算提供理论依据。

根据大型空冷汽轮发电机多风路通风系统内流体流动与传热的特点,建立定子多风路通风系统三维流动与传热耦合计算的物理模型与数学模型,并给出求解域相应的边界条件及假设条件,采用有限体积法对三维流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合计算;在保证总风量不变的情况下,分析改变定子、气隙风量对定子各个径向通风沟内的流体速度、温度及电机各部分温度空间分布特性的影响。
