Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of BTX-A injection into external urethra sphinter in treating nonrelaxing external sphincter, DESD, and dysfunctional voiding that responds poorly to baclofen or intolerant with it; into detrusor in treating female refractory OAB.

解剖名。亦称尿道内括约肌。环 绕膀胱颈和尿道前列腺部上端。由膀胱壁平滑肌纤维延续而来，形成交叉的肌纤维襻。受交 感神经及副交感神经支配，前者使之收缩，后者使之舒张。膀胱的正常充盈及排空主由副交 感神经控制。
