天空 天空 俗病名。见《喉科金钥》卷上。系指杨梅结毒，咽喉腐败，年久月深，患成天空，鼻孔塌陷的病证。所谓天空，系梅毒后期硬腭处树胶肿破坏并形成特异性溃疡所造成的穿孔，（并与鼻腔相通），因中医称上腭为“天花板”，故有天空之称。
