用料：生黄芪12克，生薏米、赤小豆各10克，鸡内金粉7克，金橘饼1个，糯米80克。
制法：将生黄芪加水煮20分钟，取汁，加入薏米、赤小豆、糯米煮成粥，加入鸡内金粉即可。
功用：消食和胃。用于脾虚湿滞食停所致的脘腹胀闷、食欲不振、体困便溏等。
食物功效：黄芪能补气固表，敛疮生肌。薏米健脾渗湿，除痹止泻。赤小豆能利湿退黄，清热解毒。鸡内金消食健脾，能使胃液分泌量及酸度增加，胃的运动机能增加，排空加速。糯米能补中益气。
