The structure of a Control Momentum Gyroscope(CMG) was introducecl,in which gyroscope rotor with the rating rotation speed of 20,000 r/min and rating angular momentum of 200 N·ms is supported by permanent bias active magnetic bearing.

An effective method of measuring the static balance about gyroscope rotor is introduced in this paper.
