Based on the six kinds of failure performances of the aviation equipments,we establish their corresponding failure distribution model by reliability theory,and introduce the repair degree to solve the demand and forecast of the aero-spares.
鉴于航空装备的6种故障率特性,依据可靠性理论建立相应的故障分布模型,同时将维修度引入到航空备件需求和预测的计算中来。

Considering the degree of repairing,we analyze the failure data by applying a generalized renewal process and estimate the parameter values of repair degree.
本方法考虑到维修程度的影响,通过广义更新过程分析故障数据,并对维修度进行参数估计,之后采用蒙特卡罗法计算不可修件以及可修件在不同时间段内发生的平均故障数。

As it is directly related with the degradation of performance and maintenance policies,we present the concept of repair degree and improve the proportional hazards model(PHM) by the application of general renewal process(GRP).
鉴于发动机的备发和性能退化以及维修方式的相关性,本文引入维修度概念,同时应用广义更新过程(GRP)对比例危险模型(PHM)进行了改进,建立反映寿命、性能参数、环境等参数变化趋势以及维修方式的备发模型。
