肝经湿热带下 病证名。带下证型之一。多因肝郁久而化热，犯脾，挟脾湿流注下焦，以致症见带下淋沥不断，色黄或赤白相兼，粘稠腥臭，兼乳胀胁痛，精神抑郁易怒，头晕目眩，口苦咽干，尿黄而少等。治宜泻肝清热利湿，方用龙胆泻肝汤，或用白头翁25克、黄柏15克、苦参20克，水煎服，日二次。
