daodianxing导电性(eleetrie eonduetivity)材料导电的能力.在常温下,一般耐火材料(含碳耐火材料除外)是电的不良导体,随着温度的升高,电阻减小,导电性增强,其电阻温度系数是负值。耐火材料导电性的强弱,通常用电阻率表示。电阻率和温度的关系如下: p=Aea/T式中p为电阻率;T为绝对温度;A、B为与材料特性有关的常数。耐火材料中的杂质、气孔及所处的气氛,对其高温下的电阻率有显著的影响。高频感应炉用妒衬耐火材料的高温电阻,直接关系到高颇感应炉能否安全使用,当电阻率过低时,使用中就会造成短路,导致烧毁感应圈无法使用。要制备优良的电绝缘性耐火制品,基本途径是尽可能采用较纯的原料。有几种特殊耐火材料,如zro:、压0等,高温电阻率极低,在高温下成为导体,利用这一特性,可制作高温发热元件。如稳定化氧化错,在常温下是不良导体,温度达到90。℃以上时,导电性突变良好,用它制成的发热元件,在氧化气氛下使用温度高达1800℃以上。20世纪80年代初兴起的直流电弧炉冶炼技术,对护底甩耐火材料提出了新的具有高导电性的要求,使甩M扣七质耐火材料获得成功。测定耐火材料高温电阻率的方法比较简单,有直流法、测定电容器充电时间法和交流电桥法3种,使用这些方法,都必须注意高温下试样上电极的固定和温度分布的均匀性。可利用测定试祥高温电阻率的变化表征材料的烧结程度或某种化学反应的程度.
