After repairing the anatomical structure of medial collateral ligaments,we liberated organic semitendinous tendon or bone-patella tendon-bone,and reconstructed superficial medial collateral ligament.
手术方法采用在解剖修复内侧副韧带基础上游离移植自体半腱肌腱(semitendinous tendon,ST)或骨-髌韧带-骨(bone-patella tendon-bone,BPTB)重建内侧副韧带浅层。

坐骨位于髋骨后下方。有垂直的坐骨体，在其后缘上有坐骨棘，此棘将坐骨大切迹与坐骨小切迹分开。两侧坐骨棘间的距离为骨盆腔中部横径。图见骨盆一节。坐骨体向下延伸形成坐骨结节。图见髋骨一节。
