绒毛膜


晚期囊胚着床于子宫内膜(见“着床”)后,滋养层迅速分裂增生,内层为细胞滋养细胞,是分裂生长的细胞,外层为合体滋养细胞,由细胞滋养细胞分化而来,是执行功能的细胞,能逐渐分泌胎盘的各种激素。在滋养层内面,有一层细胞称为胚外中胚层,与滋养细胞共同组成绒毛膜,受精后12日,绒毛膜表面长出许多毛状突,而成为绒毛(见“绒毛”)。孕4个月时,贴近底蜕膜的绒毛因营养丰富,分支增多,生长茂盛,称为叶状绒毛膜,日后成为胎盘的胎儿组成部分,而其他处绒毛,因缺乏营养来源而退化,变得光滑,称为平滑绒毛膜。成为日后胎膜的一部分。
