t ianweneeliang天文测组(astronomieal survey)天文纬度(即地理纬度或大地纬度)、天文经度(即地理经度或大地经度)和天文方位角测量工作的总称。在国家控制网已遍布全国的情况下，水利建设很少再需要进行天文测量。只有在个别偏僻地区，为了省去与国家控制网联测的繁重工作，才测定某点的经纬度和天文方位角，换算成平面直角坐标和坐标方位角，作为独立平面控制网的起始数据。水利工程测量的天文方位角，一般可用任意时角法施测。精度要求不高时，也可用大距法或近大距法测定。(王礼育)
