主料：鱼头
辅料：豆腐、香菇、海米、猪肉、干红辣椒
调料：盐、白醋、酱油、料酒、鸡精、食用油
做法：
1、 葱、姜切成丝，猪肉切成片，豆腐切成块用沸水焯一下；
2、 鱼头洗净用沸水焯一下待用；
3、 坐锅点火倒油，待油6-7成热时放入葱、姜煸出香味，加入猪肉片、鱼头煎至变色，倒入料酒，再鱼头转入砂锅中；锅内的肉片加入盐、白醋、香菇、清水翻炒；
4、 将所有的东西倒入砂锅中，再加入干辣椒、豆腐块、海米、鸡精炖12-15分钟即可。
