| 职业病 occupational diseases 生产劳动者直接由职业性有害因素引起的特定疾病。一般应具有以下特点：疾病的发生与接触工作场所有害因素有密切关系；接触有害因素的剂量（浓度或强度）足以引起疾病的发生；经鉴别分析，职业性病因仍大于非职业性病因。 在生产劳动中，接触生产中使用或产生的有毒化学物质、粉尘气雾，异常的气象条件、高低气压，噪声、振动、微波、X射线、γ射线、细菌、霉菌，长期强迫体位操作，局部组织器官持续受压等引起的职业病称广义的职业病。其中危害大、诊断标准明确，结合国情，由政府有关部门审定公布的职业病称狭义的职业病，或称法定（规定）职业病。法定职业病需由诊断部门向卫生主管部门报告。法定职业病患者在治疗休息期间及确定为伤残或治疗无效死亡时，按国家有关规定，享受工伤保险待遇或职业病待遇。职业病的诊断，一般由卫生行政部门授权的、具有一定专门条件的单位进行。 常见的职业病有尘肺、职业中毒和职业性皮肤病等。职业中毒常见的有铝、汞、锰、苯、有机磷农药、一氧化碳、三硝基甲苯、砷、磷等中毒。 职业病的预防措施有：①消除或控制职业性有害因素发生源。②控制作业工人的接触水平，使其经常保持在卫生标准允许水平以下。③提高工人的健康水平，加强个人防护措施。④对接触职业性有害因素者实行就业前及定期健康检查。 |
