In order to avoid emulsifying of coal tar in production,the emulsification mechanism of coal tar and the influence of various factors on the stability of coal tar emulsion were studied in laboratory.
为了消除炼焦生产中煤焦油乳化的现象,在实验室条件下对煤焦油的乳化机理及各种对焦油乳状液稳定性的影响因素进行研究,结果表明,煤焦油和氨水形成了以碳质粉末(煤粉+焦粉)为乳化剂的、稳定的、油包水(W/O)型乳状液;其稳定性会受到乳化剂的粒度、组成、剂量以及分散相组成等因素的影响:乳化剂越细、乳化剂中煤粉的比例越大、乳化剂的剂量越大,煤焦油乳状液就越稳定;乳化剂的剂量越大,煤焦油乳状液的粘度就越大。
