Designed a kind of new signal acquisition and processing with high function,low power consumption C8051f040 MCU,realized that the multi sensors worked time-sharing by multiplex switch CD4067,then realize real time monitor of CH4 thickness with host computer program.

The system is based on processor MCS51,and achieved by multi-chip simultaneous work and multiplex switch sampling.

We designed a kind of new signal acquisition and processing circuit with high function、low power consumption C8051f040 MCU,realized that the multi sensitive unit working at time-sharing by multiplex switch CD4067,calibrate period reach 16 weeks sensitive unit array made up of 8 sensitive units,in condition that every sensitive unit s calibration period reach two weeks.

This paper presents a new keyboard-coding circuit,which is realized by conversely applying multi-Switch,swiftly scanning multiple-switch address bus using incremental binary code, changing locked address by its inner electronic switch,and discusses the principle of this kind of keyboard-coding circuit.

METHODS High speed CMOS multiplexer, logic circuits and optic electronic isolation device were used.

A module used to collect and transfer serial data is designed ,which take the AT89C51 singlechip as the core, and uses the 12-Bit A/D Converter AD574、multiplexer CD4051 and the Multichannel RS-232 Drivers/Receivers MAX232.
