产后自汗
产后自汗 证名。出《医宗金鉴·女科心法要诀》。产后2-3天内汗出较多，为正常现象，其后逐渐减少而止。若产后汗出过多，或汗出时间过长而不能自止者，为产后自汗。多因产时或产后失血过多，阴血骤失不能敛阳，阳气外浮，津液随之而泄；或因产时气血耗损，气随血耗，卫外不固，腠理不实而自汗不止。血虚自汗者，兼见恶风微热，头晕心悸，气短懒言等，治宜养血敛汗，佐以益气，方用圣愈汤合牡蛎、小麦麸；气虚自汗出，兼见时有恶风，汗出身冷，倦怠乏力等，治宜补气固表止汗，方用玉屏风散加大枣、生姜。
