右心室
right ventricle

心的四腔之一。位于右心房的左前下方、为四腔最靠前部分。室腔可分为流出道和流入道两部分。流入道是右室腔的主要部分。入口为右房室口,口周围有三片瓣膜叫三尖瓣。有腱索牵拉向下连于室壁上的乳头肌。在心室收缩时,三尖瓣关闭。心室舒张时,三尖瓣开放,流出道上部形似倒置的漏斗形,故称动脉圆锥。上方有肺动脉口,口周围有三个半月形瓣膜,叫肺动脉瓣。在心室收缩时,肺动脉瓣开放,使血液流入肺动脉,心室舒张时,瓣膜关闭阻止血液反流入心室。
