Methods:Mice were treated with different concentrations of Gen by intraperitoneal injection,and the oocyte production,germinal vesicle breakdown(GVBD),the extruding of the first polar body(PB1),in vitro fertilization(IVF) of mouse oocytes and embryonic development were observed.

The results showed that GTW could inhibit the extruding of the first polar body,interfere with the quality and the viability of mouse oocyte,and reduce the rate of IVF,but little impact on germinal vesicle breakdown(GVBD) of mouse oocyte in vivo.
