吹孔气鸣乐器。是流行于云南景颇族地区的吹管乐器。属横吹笛类，亦称"吐良"。用一根两端敞口的薄壁竹管制成，中间偏左处开一长方形吹孔，无按孔。民间常用者，管长约45厘米,管口内径约1厘米。演奏时左手食指、中指、无名指、小指反握管一端，以姆指控制左管口，右手用掌心开闭右管口，两手巧妙配合，以平吹和超吹技巧吹气发音。音色高亢嘹亮，音域可达两个八度又纯五度。常见吐闰的音域为戇B～f2。
改良吐闰长65厘米，右端管径1.6厘米，左端管径1.2厘米。用 2～3段薄竹管插接而成。接口处设铜质插座，可调节音高，有利合奏。音域戇B～d3。
吐闰用于独奏或民间集体舞伴奏。吐闰乐曲，民间统称"吐闰调",普遍流行的有《放牛调》、《山歌调》、《学山鸟叫》等。创作乐曲有《景颇山上的早晨》等。
