中国元代书画家吴镇的草书代表作。吴镇 (1280～1354) 字仲圭，自号梅花道人，浙江嘉兴人。此卷为纸本，草书，纵29.3厘米，横 203厘米。《心经》是佛教经文《般若波罗密多心经》的简称。该卷书于至元六年(1340)，结体类似怀素。卷后有清刘墉、永瑆、杨守敬3 家题跋。《好古堂家藏书画记》著录。现藏故宫博物院。
