为芸香科植物西藏花椒的果皮、种子。
【植物形态】
西藏花椒 灌木或小乔木，高1米。嫩枝暗棕色或暗灰色，着生疏少而短小下弯的皮刺。叶互生，单数羽状复叶；小叶2～7对，具极短柄；小叶片卵形或广卵形，长2.5～5厘米，宽1.5～3.5厘米，叶缘具锐锯齿，齿间及叶的两面具粗大的腺点，上面深绿色，下面浅绿色。聚伞圆锥花序顶生；雌雄异株；花被片4～8。蓇葖果，成熟心皮2～4，棕褐色，具腺点。种子1个，黑色有光泽。 生于山坡的灌木丛中。分布西藏等地。
【采集】
8～10月采收成热的果实。晒干，将果皮与种子分开，果皮为花椒，种子为椒目。
【性味】
辛，温，有小毒。
【功用主治】
温中散寒，燥湿杀虫。治胃腹冷痛，呕吐，寒湿泻痢，蛔虫病。椒目：行水，治水肿胀满。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1钱。
