舌纵 舌纵 病证名。系指舌本伸长，吐出口外而不收，肿胀多涎，收缩无力的病证。导致本病的原因有以下几方面： ①心火炽盛所致者，除上述症状外，脉常见洪数。治宜清心泻火，方用导赤散合三黄凉膈散加减化裁；②热病伤阴余邪未尽引起者，脉多细数，同时见口中少津，舌绛而起裂纹，治宜养阴清热，方用养阴清肺汤加减；③肾阴虚也致本病。正如《灵枢·寒热病篇》所谓：“舌纵涎下，烦悗，取足少阴。”可用六味地黄汤加减；④胃气虚寒也可致本病，多伴有口吐清水，四肢逆冷，脉象沉伏等症状。治宜温中散寒，方用桂附理中汤加减。
