少阴热化 少阴热化 ①运气术语。为六气施化之一。少阴的热气加于受少阴（火）所克的阳明（金）而为热化。《素问·六元正纪大论》：“夫六气之用，各归不胜而为化……少阴热化，施于阳明。” ②伤寒少阴病的病理变化。少阴病多阳气虚寒证，但亦有少阴阴虚而热化之证。《伤寒论·辨少阴病脉证并治》：“少阴病得之二三日以上，心中烦，不得卧，黄连阿胶汤主之。”《伤寒贯珠集》：“少阴之热，有从阳经传入者，亦有自受寒邪，久而变热者，曰二三日以上，谓自二三日至五六日，或八九日，寒极而变热也。”
