In order to look for the relationship of asthmatic rat lung, nose, large intestine and the mucosal immunity, exploring the theory of "the lung opens into the nose," "lung and colon with exterior"’s material basis and scientific connotation.
目的:观察正常组大鼠和哮喘模型组大鼠肺组织、鼻黏膜和肠黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)及其mRNA表达以及大鼠肺泡灌洗液、鼻咽冲洗液和肠黏液上清液中分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的含量,以寻找哮喘大鼠肺、鼻、大肠与黏膜免疫之间的关系,探求“肺开窍于鼻”,“肺与大肠相表里”理论的物质基础及其科学内涵。
