医经著作。32卷。明张介宾(景岳)撰，刊于天启四年(1624年)。本书将《黄帝内经》之《素问》与《灵枢》两经尽易旧制，打乱先后次序和篇章结构，重新调整、从类分门，按摄生、阴阳、脏象、脉色、经络、标本、气味、论治、疾病、针刺、运气、会通等12类编纂成书。一类之中又分成若干小类，尤便检阅。以其因类相从，故名《类经》。书中以《灵枢》启《素问》之微，《素问》发《灵枢》之秘，而相为表里。对《内经》原文之注释极为详尽。不仅能汇通经文以经解经，犹且能巧妙结合医理以通其意，更能凭借经学、哲学、天文历算、地理物候及五运六气等宏富之学附意阐发，因此经文奥蕴每能明晰。而于前代诸贤注有未备或间有舛错者，每多补救而驳正之。是以此书之注释绝无逢难则默或人云亦云之弊，而不乏独到见解和精辟之论。在全面注释和分类研究《内经》方面贡献较为巨大。成为学习和研究《内经》不可多得之重要参考文献。现存几种明刻本及多种清刻本。建国后有影印本及排印本。
