   人在认识客观事物过程中因态度上的紊乱而对事物表现出的不适当或不协调情绪的异常心理现象。
   情感障碍主要有两大类:①发生在人与客观现实关系方面的情感障碍,如情感淡漠,即对外界任何刺激都缺乏相应的情感反应。情感倒错,即情感反应与外界刺激性质和相应的内心体验不符。矛盾情感,即对某人或某事同时引起两种截然相反的情感反应。②影响整个精神生活的情绪异常,如情绪高涨,即积极性情感活动明显增强。情绪低落,即消极性情感活动显著增强。焦虑,即由紧张、焦急、忧虑、担心和恐惧交织而成的情绪反应,并伴有植物性神经系统活动的亢进。强迫性情绪,即与某种特殊情境或事物相联系的不由自主的紧张恐怖情绪。如高处恐怖、社交恐怖等。情感爆发,即由精神因素引起的爆发性情感障碍。表现为哭笑无常、吵闹打骂等。此外还有易激惹、情感脆弱、强制性哭笑、情感衰退等。
