光圈优先是以自行手动设定的光圈数值为准，再由数码相机根据当时的环境及光线自动给出快门参数加以配合。当在同一环境内，光圈越小所进入的光线也越少，此时相机便会延长快门的曝光时间。光圈优先在数码相机上一般用“A”来表示。
