前刘海 近代妇女发式。当时年轻妇女，喜留一绺头发覆于额上，俗称“前刘海”。其式不一。最早流行“一字式”，长达二寸，一般都盖在眉间，也有遮住两眼的。继而流行“垂丝式”，将发剪成圆角，梳成垂丝形。以后又将额发分成两绺，并修剪成尖角，形如燕尾，时称“燕尾式”。到民国初年，更风行一种极短的刘海发，远远看去若有若无，名叫“满天星”。
