I红利】普通股票所获得的一种股利。专指普通股票持有者定期从股份公司获得的收益。股份公司在年终决算后，从已扣除了公积金、公益金后的利润盈余中再减去优先股的股息，所剩余的盈利在普通股间均摊，这种行为一般称之为分红。普通股东从中获得的收益就叫做红利。红利的多少完全视公司经营状况和可分配的利润多少而定，没有固定比率。通常人们将只分红不派息，普通股的股利收益叫做红利;只派息不分红，普通股的股利收益称之为股息;又派息又分红，往往将按一定股息率领得的部分叫股息，而把超出部分叫红利。
