回购（Buy-back），又称补偿贸易（CompensationTrade）是指交易的一方在向另一方出口机器设备或技术的同时，承诺购买一定数量的由该项机器设备或技术生产出来的产品。这种做法是产品回购的基本形式。有时双方也可通过协议，由机器或设备的出口方购买进口一方提供的其他产品。回购方式做法比较简单，而且有利于企业的成本核算，使用较为广泛。所回购的商品一般在卖方所在市场销售或用于制成品的生产，卖方对回购产品的质量也较为关心和重视。但是，由于回购商品要等进口的机器设备安装投产后才能进行，交易期限往往较长，有时长达5—10年，甚至更长。
