性质:米用快速凝固技术制成的铁基合金。它有以下几种。(1)快凝铁基非晶态合金:用熔体急冷法生产的Fe-B,Fe-B-Si,Fe-B-C系非晶态合金条带,是新一代的软磁材料;Fe-Cr-P-C系非晶态合金的耐腐蚀性能优于Cr系不锈钢;Fe-Mo-Si-B非晶态合金具有极高的强度。(2)快凝铁基工具钢:快速凝固的工具钢的碳化物均匀细小,其韧性、耐磨性得到明显提高,切削加工性、热加12陛得到改善。(3)快凝铁基不锈钢:其晶粒细小、结构均匀,沉淀物细小弥散分布,大大提高了不锈钢的抗氧化性能及耐蚀性能。(4)快凝铁基结构钢:快速凝固的马氏体时效钢具有很高的强度(σb为1630MPa)、韧性及塑性(ψ=44%)。
