本文在简介位置消费理论及对我国居民位置消费行为进行理论分析的基础上,运用时序数据和横截面数据分别从时空两个维度构建函数模型,并对我国居民的位置消费行为的存在进行了实证检验;通过分析位置消费行为的双重效应,提出了规制人们消费行为的政策建议。

【葡萄牙取消资本流动控制】葡萄牙继1992年8月起开始取消部分资本流动管制以后，于12月16日起将取消对资本流动的控制。允许非居民购买股票和其它货币市场债券;允许在葡萄牙开设的银行同国外金融机构从事买卖埃斯库多、货币掉期、期权等交易业务;允许非居民取得埃斯库多贷款，并在公开债券市场自由购买债券;允许居民自由开立国外帐户，允许非居民在葡萄牙开立帐户。
