生产调度
生产调度对企业日常生产活动进行检查、控制、调节和指挥的工作。即在生产作业计划执行过程中对已出现的和可能出现的偏差及时了解、掌握、预防和处理，保证整个生产活动协调地进行。它是组织实现生产作业计划的一种主要手段，也是生产作业计划的补充和延续。通过生产调度，解决日常生产中的不平衡和矛盾，克服生产中断脱节现象，使各生产单位和各环节的工作保持相互协调。调度工作要做到准确、及时、有效，要有预见性，要把间题解决在萌芽状态，使生产保持均衡。生产调度工作的内容一般包括:①检查设备的准备情况，了解和掌握设备的符合和运转情况，调整设备的加工对象和任务，督促设备的维护和修理。②调配劳动力，调整劳动组织，使各生产环节、各工序之间按作业计划协调生产。③检查原材料、燃料、动力的准备工作和供应情况，检查厂内运输的准备和运输情况，与有关部门相配合，保证原材料供应、在产品和半成品转移以及产品入库的正常进行。④对于临时性的生产任务进行安排。为了搞好生产调度工作，必须建立统一的生产调度系统，明确各级调度人员的责任和权限，使生产调度真正起到指挥生产的作用。
