hOUChUi后吹(a fter blow)转炉炼钢时吹炼到钢水含碳量(0.08%、脱碳速率显著减小后仍继续吹氧冶炼的一种不当的操作。后吹一词来源托马斯炼钢法的后吹期。托马斯法吹炼过程,气流由炉底进入熔池,生成的氧化铁,在通过熔池上升过程中被碳还原,因此渣中(Feo)很低;只有在C(0.08%以后继续吹炼才能迅速提高渣中氧化铁而将磷脱除。在氧气顶吹转炉炼钢法和侧吹转炉炼钢法中,氧化铁在熔池面上生成,脱磷和脱碳能同步进行。但如操作不当,终点渣熔化不好或温度过低,被迫继续进行吹炼,就是“后吹”。此时脱碳速率很小,对熔池没有搅拌力,铁被大量氧化,同时温度也相应升高。这种操作使钢中氧、氮含量和渣中氧化铁大量增加。从而恶化钢的品质,增加钢铁料损耗,而且严重损毁炉衬,有时还导致爆炸性喷溅。故对后吹这种不当操作,需采取有效措施予以避免。 (田乃媛)
